Shipping policy

Please allow at least 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping within the United States may approximately takes 3 - 7 business days.Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at checkout. Tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

However, large or complex orders may take a little longer for production.  Also consider the time of the year.  Any time that is a high gift giving time (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), may require a little extra time to complete.

International shipping may take approximately 6-21 business days. Shipping fees will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. If your country requires a custom fee, the customer are responsible to pay that fee. 

NoirDesignedLLC is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after it states it was delivered. Please contact the United State Postal Service or United Parcel Service if you choose any of these shipping carrier as your option to ship your product(s). 

If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying the shipping again. 

Order Inspection & Shipping Damage

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item was damaged during shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing noirdesignedllc@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage. Damage claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be honored.

Shipping Delays & Address Errors

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). If a package is delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to the carrier, customers must work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Noir Designed is not responsible for replacement or refund. Packages returned due to refusal of delivery or an undeliverable address will not be refunded.
